Jan
Crow is the owner of Tri-County
Title, LLC. She started her real estate career in 1980 when she was
licensed as
a Realtor. Since that time, Jan has also originated mortgage loans,
been an
apprentice appraiser, and taught real estate and mortgage lending
related
courses at the college level. She came to Tri-County Title, LLC, in
2000, when
it was the real estate closing office of George S. Lemon, Jr. The
office became
Tri-County Title, LLC, in 2006. Jan is
responsible for all title commitments and policies, and does closings
when
needed.
Sarah
Clark is an Escrow Officer and serves as
Office Manager. She started her career in
Mortgage Lending in 1989 as a Loan Setup Clerk and quickly moved into
loan
processing where she spent several years. Sarah
then moved to Maine with her
family and pursued a career in sales
with a software company, where she spent 13 years gaining invaluable
customer
service experience. She returned to
Texas in 2008 and began her career with Tri-County Title in 2011. Sarah is responsible for closings and also
manages all operations in the office. Her
winning personality is a tremendous
asset to the company.

pictured - Curtis
Crow joined Tri-County Title in 2011 as
accounting manager. He is responsible
for all accounting functions including payroll, reconciliations, all
state
and federal reporting and all document recording. Curtis
is retired
from the US Air Force.
